The A Eighth Avenue Express runs from Inwood–207th Street in Manhattan to Ozone Park–Lefferts Boulevard and Far Rockaway–Mott Avenue in Queens. Full-time service.
The C Eighth Avenue Local operates from 168th Street in Manhattan to Euclid Avenue in Brooklyn. Part-time service.
The E Eighth Avenue Local runs from Jamaica Center–Parsons/Archer in Queens to World Trade Center in Manhattan. Full-time service.

IND Sixth Avenue Line

The B Sixth Avenue Express operates from Bedford Park Boulevard in the Bronx to Brighton Beach in Brooklyn. Part-time service.
The D Sixth Avenue Express runs from Norwood–205th Street in the Bronx to Coney Island–Stillwell Avenue in Brooklyn. Full-time service.
The F Sixth Avenue Local operates from Jamaica–179th Street in Queens to Coney Island–Stillwell Avenue in Brooklyn. Full-time service.
The M Sixth Avenue Local runs from Forest Hills–71st Avenue to Middle Village–Metropolitan Avenue in Queens. Full-time service.

IND Crosstown Line

The G Crosstown Local runs from Court Square in Queens to Church Avenue in Brooklyn. Full-time service.

BMT Canarsie Line

The L 14th Street–Canarsie Local operates from Eighth Avenue in Manhattan to Canarsie–Rockaway Parkway in Brooklyn. Full-time service.

BMT Nassau Street Line

The J Nassau Street Local/Express runs from Jamaica Center–Parsons/Archer in Queens to Broad Street in Manhattan. Full-time service.
The Z Nassau Street Express also operates from Jamaica Center–Parsons/Archer in Queens to Broad Street in Manhattan. Part-time service, to Manhattan only in AM, from Manhattan only in PM.

BMT Broadway Line

The N Broadway Express runs from Astoria–Ditmars Boulevard in Queens to Coney Island–Stillwell Avenue in Brooklyn. Full-time service.
The Q Broadway Express operates from 96th Street in Manhattan to Coney Island–Stillwell Avenue in Brooklyn. Full-time service.
The R Broadway Local runs from Forest Hills–71st Avenue in Queens to Bay Ridge–95th Street in Brooklyn. Full-time service for the portion in Brooklyn, part-time service for the portion in Manhattan and Queens.
The W Broadway Local operates from Astoria–Ditmars Boulevard in Queens to Whitehall Street–South Ferry in Manhattan. Part-time service.

IRT Broadway – Seventh Avenue Line

The 1 Broadway–Seventh Avenue Local runs from Van Cortlandt Park–242nd Street in the Bronx to South Ferry in Manhattan. Full-time service.
The 2 Seventh Avenue Express operates from Wakefield–241st Street in the Bronx to Flatbush Avenue–Brooklyn College in Brooklyn. Full-time service.
The 3 Seventh Avenue Express runs from Harlem–148th Street in Manhattan to New Lots Avenue in Brooklyn. Full-time service in Manhattan until Times Square station, part-time service on the rest of the line.

IRT Lexington Avenue Line

The 4 Lexington Avenue Express operates from Woodlawn in the Bronx to New Lots Avenue in Brooklyn. Full-time and late-night service.
The 5 Lexington Avenue Express runs from Eastchester–Dyre Avenue and Nereid Avenue in the Bronx to Flatbush Avenue–Brooklyn College in Brooklyn. Part-time service.
The 6 Lexington Avenue/Pelham Local operates from Pelham Bay Park in the Bronx to Brooklyn Bridge–City Hall in Manhattan. Full time Service.
The <6> Lexington Avenue Local/Pelham Express runs from Pelham Bay Park to Third Avenue–138th Street in the Bronx. Part-time service, to Manhattan only in AM, from Manhattan only in PM.

The 7 Flushing Local runs from Flushing–Main Street in Queens to 34th Street–Hudson Yards in Manhattan. Full-time service.
